If the model cannot read the CRM and hand off to a person, it is a demo.
A ChatGPT box on the marketing site is not AI Development.
The useful question is what the assistant is allowed to change: an enquiry, a job status, a catalogue answer grounded in your documents. If that record already lives in EasyBuild or a custom CRM, the model should read it — and know when to pass the thread to a human.
We ship that slice with Python and the OpenAI API where they earn it, on the same NestJS and PostgreSQL backend as the website and WhatsApp.
