Build
Mobile is a surface, not a side project
An app that does not share the CRM, inventory, and messages is just another silo in someone’s pocket.
A store listing and a pretty onboarding are not a mobile programme.
The useful question is what the app is allowed to change: an enquiry, a visit, an attendance mark, an order status. If that record already lives in EasyBuild or a custom CRM, the app should write to it — not keep a second copy.
We ship iOS and Android with React Native or Flutter when one codebase is honest, and native when the platform needs it. The backend is the same NestJS API the website and WhatsApp already use.
That is Mobile App Development as part of the operating system, not a freelance APK.

WhatsApp is an operating channel
If the conversation does not update the system of record, it is just another inbox.
